Mendoza highlights that you can reach in a few minutes walk

Our address is Necochea 740, in downtown Mendoza. From the bus terminal, you can either walk here in about 20 minutes, or you can cab-it in about 5. Once you arrive in Mendoza, get yourself a map. On this map of Mendoza, locate the main plaza--Plaza Independencia--then locate the four smaller plazas which surround it. We are located just 1/2 a block west of one of these plazas--Plaza Chile, between Perú and Belgrano. On Necochea. Across the street is a huge supermarket--Carrefour.
